terms
effective 2 July 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and RYVESA LTD (“Pirumi”, “we”, “us”) for the use of pirumi.cy and our app. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Imprint. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms.
who we are
RYVESA LTD, Terpsichoris 15, ELEFTHERIOU HILL RESIDENCE, Flat/Office 202, 2102 Aglantzia, Nicosia, Cyprus. Registered in the Republic of Cyprus under Companies Law Cap. 113, registration number HE489886. You can contact us — including as an authority or about a moderation decision — at contact@pirumi.cy.
what pirumi is
Pirumi is a marketplace for custom, personalised ASMR videos. You (“the buyer”) describe the video you want; an approved creator makes it for you. All content is strictly safe-for-work.
RYVESA LTD is the seller and contracting party for each order and issues your invoice. Creators are independent providers who fulfil orders through the platform; they are not our employees or agents.
eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use Pirumi, whether as a buyer or a creator.
your account
You need an account to order or create. Keep your login details secure, give accurate information, and don’t share or transfer your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
how ordering works
- You choose a creator, a length and a resolution, and write a brief describing what you want.
- When you submit, your card is authorised (held), not yet charged. The creator has 72 hours to accept or decline.
- If the creator declines, or the 72 hours pass, the hold is released and you are not charged.
- If the creator accepts, we charge your card and the creator makes your video. The price, taxes, turnaround time and what’s included are shown to you before you pay.
- When the video is delivered you have 7 days to approve it. If you do nothing, it is approved automatically after 7 days, and the creator is paid.
prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable VAT, which we calculate from your billing country. Payment is by card through our processor, Stripe. As the seller of record, we issue the invoice for your order in our own name.
your right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because each video is created specifically to your brief and supplied as digital content, this right does not apply once we begin producing it — this is the exemption in Article 16(1)(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as implemented by Cyprus Law 133(I)/2013.
For that reason, before you pay we ask you to expressly consent to us beginning work immediately and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We confirm this to you by email. Before a creator accepts, no money has been taken, so you can still change your mind up to that point.
if your video isn’t right
Your video must match your brief and the description you were given. If it doesn’t, tell us using the report tool on the video page, or approve within your 7-day window. You are entitled to have it corrected and, if that isn’t possible, to a price reduction or a refund. These are your statutory rights under the Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770, and nothing in these terms takes them away.
content and conduct
Pirumi is safe-for-work. When requesting, creating or messaging, you must not ask for, produce or send content that is:
- sexual, explicit or otherwise not safe-for-work;
- illegal, or that sexualises or endangers minors;
- harassing, hateful, threatening or defamatory;
- infringing someone else’s intellectual property or privacy;
- impersonating another person, or misleading.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.
using the video you receive
When your video is approved, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it (and to download it if the creator has enabled downloads) for your own private, non-commercial use. The creator keeps the intellectual-property rights in the video. You may not resell, publicly perform, redistribute or re-upload it, and you may not remove the Pirumi watermark. Videos are streamed through short-lived signed links for this reason.
reporting, moderation and complaints
You can report content or messages using the tools in the app. We review valid notices and act on them (EU Digital Services Act, Art. 16). If we remove your content or restrict your account, we give you the reasons and you can challenge the decision by contacting contact@pirumi.cy (Art. 17). Where content suggests a serious crime, we may inform the authorities (Art. 18). You may also seek out-of-court dispute resolution or complain to the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service.
suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the law, or to protect the platform and its users. Except where the law or an urgent risk requires otherwise, we will tell you why.
liability
We provide the platform with reasonable care but, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your mandatory rights as a consumer.
governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the Cyprus courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings there.
changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change is material we will let you know and update the effective date above. For creators, we give at least 15 days’ notice of material changes, as required by the EU Platform-to-Business Regulation.
additional terms for creators
These extra terms apply if you offer videos as a creator, in addition to everything above.
independent provider
You act as an independent business, not as our employee or agent. You are responsible for your own taxes and for any registrations your activity requires.
becoming a creator
You must be 18+, apply, and be approved by us. We review applications, including at least one connected public social account, and may decline or later revoke creator status.
payments and payouts
You set your own prices. We charge a platform fee of 20% of the net order value; the rest is paid out to you. Payouts are handled by Stripe Connect, which verifies your identity and collects the bank and tax details it needs (this is processed by Stripe, not stored by us). If an order is refunded or charged back, the related payout — including our fee — may be reversed.
your content and rights
You must own or have all rights to what you create, and it must be safe-for-work and lawful. You keep the intellectual-property rights in your videos, and you grant us the licence needed to host, watermark, stream and deliver them, and you grant the buyer the personal-use licence described above.
how you appear (ranking)
On the creators page, creators are shown in the order in which their listing became active. We do not rank, sort, personalise or promote listings by any algorithm, by payment, or by performance — the main and only parameter is listing-activation order.
suspension, termination and fair dealing
If we restrict, suspend or end your creator account, we will give you a statement of reasons, except where the law or an urgent risk prevents it. We won’t impose unfair terms on you, and you remain free to promote yourself and sell through other channels. You can raise a complaint with us at support@pirumi.cy; as a small provider we are not required to operate a formal internal complaint-handling system or name a mediator, but we will deal with your complaint in good faith.
