do i need an account to look around?
no. you sign in when you send your first request.
when am i charged?
sending a request only places a hold. if the creator accepts within 72 hours, the hold becomes the payment. if not, it is released.
how long until my video is ready?
each creator sets their own delivery time in business days. you see it on their profile and again before you pay.
can i download the video?
it streams in your library for as long as your account exists. some creators also allow a download.
you record, we handle the rest.
